Established in 2012, Shanghai Prindream Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a national High-Tech enterprise based in Shanghai, specializes in the production and export of high-performance lawn mowers, customized golf carts, and precision industrial 3D printers.

With a total land area of 100,000 square meters and 3 modern factories respectively for lawn mowers, golf carts and industrial 3D printers, our facility houses 10 advanced production lines.

We have a skilled workforce of 200 employees, including 30 R&D engineers. Equipped with over 550 advanced devices—such as CNC machining centers, die casting machines, plastic injection molding machines, laser cutting machines, and automated assembly equipment, we ensure stable production quality. In addition to supplying regular products, we can also customize customer-satisfying products according to customer requirements and offer ODM/OEM services. Leveraging the company’s economies of scale and strong technical accumulation, we can design and produce cost-effective products based on customers’ target prices. First,our business includes 3D printing service, 3D modeling and design, 3D scanning, reverse engineering service and sales of various 3D printers.

Second,our company provides a one-stop service from modeling and printing to a variety of post-processes (polishing, electroplating, painting, screen printing, etc.). Our company has a number of experienced prototype post-processing masters, which can meet the needs of customers in different industries.

Third,our company has more than 70 assorted 3D printers and related equipment, to provide a variety of printing process services, such as SLM, SLA, SLS, FDM, currently printable materials include metal, photosensitive resin, PLA, ABS, nylon and glass fiber, etc.

Build Proper Processes

Quality control starts with processes. Without great processes, it’s impossible to have good quality control. We ensure that the right processes are in place, so employees have no doubts about how to do their job.

Keep a Clean Workspace

Failing to clean up can cause injury and increase the likelihood of errors. We always make workplace cleanliness a priority. To do this, we clearly post cleanliness standards where all employees can see them, delegate regularly scheduled cleaning tasks and bring in cleaning professionals.

Hold Unscheduled Equipment Use Tests

An unscheduled equipment use test is like a pop quiz for safety. During an unscheduled equipment use test, we’ll select a group of employees at random and ask them about the utilization of all relevant machines. During the process, we pay particularly close attention to their adherence to safety measures, since these areas are often the weakest and require the most improvement.

Identify Essential Spare Parts

We identify the spare parts our company most needs, build up a supply of parts, and be sure to keep them in a safe, appropriate place where they won’t be damaged by improper storage. Once the stock has been built up, we will let key employees know where it is and what they’ll need to do to access it in the event of a part failure. By helping employees understand that spare parts are available, and that they don’t have to use machines with worn-out parts, we can get your workforce involved in the push for quality control as well.

Ensure Managers are Properly Trained

We try to ensure that managers have sufficient delegation, communication and leadership skills to build and implement these processes. Good quality control starts with our managers. Regardless of other steps taken, if our leaders fail to properly manager their team, the quality control processes are not likely to be effective.
