Description

SLS nylon 3D printing service is mainly aimed at customers who have requirements on the strength. The printed parts can be directly used as functional parts, and their performance is close to the conventional nylon materials.

SLS-Nylon(White nylon, HP black nylon), the printing accuracy of nylon is plus or minus 0.2mm, and the thickness not less than 0.7mm.

The main features are high temperature resistance, good toughness, high strength,so it’s especially suitable for household appliances, electric Tools, auto parts, etc.

If you have high requirements on hardness, the glass fiber nylon material is the best choice. The hardness of this material is very high, but the toughness is not very good. The temperature resistance we tested is normally at 120℃.

At present, nylon 3D printing parts are widely used in auto parts and the mechanical equipment parts with high mechanical properties and so on.

 

The normal 3D printing process is as follows:

1. If you have 3D files, you can directly send email to our professional sales. We will check your files and give you a quotation at the first time.

2. If you do not have 3D files but still want to print, you can provide freehand sketches ,CAD 2D files or physical products, we can provide 3D scanning modeling service for you.Then we will tell you the cost of 3D printing service according to the 3D files we scanned.

3. Since nylon material in 3D printing is sintered with nylon powder, so it will look grainy on the printing surface. What’s more, the post-treatment polishing also cannot make the surface as smooth as the ordinary plastic. If you have high requirements on appearance, we suggest you use the SLA process for production.

4. Since the cost of nylon 3D printer equipment and the materials are both higher than the ordinary SLA(resin) printing service, the unit price will be higher. You can choose the printing process according to your actual budget.

Shipping Method:

The 3D printer packed on pallet along with all the accessories are usually shipped by sea with a 40HQ container. Customers can either designate their own shipping forwarder or use our forwarder which we have worked with for many years. The shipping fee is on customers, but we will provide with all necessary assistance.

If you are in urgent need of the printer. Air shipment is also available, but it's costly.

Payment Terms:

We accept T/T, W/U, PayPal. 50% deposit down with the order and 50% balance before shipment.
