Because metal material is more expensive than plastic material,the metal 3D printing service is also more expensive than ordinary plastic printing service.

The accuracy is plus or minus 0.2mm,and the thickness is not less than 0.8mm. This mateial is mainly used for acid and corrosion resistant model manufacturing, components and parts production in specific application fields.

The normal 3D printing process is as follows:

1. If you have 3D files, you can directly send email to our professional sales. We will check your files and give you a quotation at the first time.

2. If you do not have 3D files but still want to print, you can provide freehand sketches ,CAD 2d files or physical products, we can provide 3D scanning modeling service for you.Then we will tell you the cost of 3D printing service to you according to the 3D files we have scanned.

3. Because metal 3d printing uses the laser melting powder printing technology, so it looks grainy on the printing surface.If you have high requirements on the surface,polishing treatment can be required after 3D printing. But there will be an extra charge, because the metal post-processing will take more labor and time.You can contact our sales if you want to know more details.

4. At present, the materials that our customers mainly use are stainless steel and aluminum alloy, so the unit prices of these two materials are relatively low. So if your budget is low, you can choose these two materials for production,the delivery time and cost performance both will be better.

5. The main printing materials are stainless steel, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, die steel, copper alloy and other common metal materials.

Shipping & Payment Terms
Shipping Method:

The 3D printer packed on pallet along with all the accessories are usually shipped by sea with a 40HQ container. Customers can either designate their own shipping forwarder or use our forwarder which we have worked with for many years. The shipping fee is on customers, but we will provide with all necessary assistance.

If you are in urgent need of the printer. Air shipment is also available, but it's costly.

Payment Terms:

We accept T/T, W/U, PayPal. 50% deposit down with the order and 50% balance before shipment.
