Our printing precision can reach 0.05mm. The normal default is to use 0.1mm layer thickness printing. The maximum size of one-piece printing can be up to 1400*700*550mm. Normally, we will choose splicing and printing for larger parts, and the cost is relatively lower.

1. If you have 3D files, you can directly send email to our professional sales. We will check your files and give you a quotation at the first time.

2. If you do not have 3D files but still want to print, you can provide freehand sketches ,CAD 2D files or physical products, we can provide 3D scanning modeling service for you.Then we will tell you the cost of 3D printing service according to the 3D files we have scanned.

3. Before printing, please make sure that you have explained all the details to our sales about the purpose of your printing and the requirements for the product, such as: precision, surface quality, strength, temperature resistance, hardness, whether post-processing service is needed or not, what kind of effect you want to achieve, etc.

SLA 3D printing service can mainly print the following materials: white resin, transparent resin, high toughness resin, soft plastic resin, high temperature resistant resin, etc.

1.SLA White resin, the accuracy of this material is plus or minus 0.1mm, and the thickness is not less than 0.8mm. This material generally suitable for those parts that require fine details,good toughness and high strength. Especially for those products which need higher surface requirements, it’s easy to polish and very convenient for post-processing, such as painting and electroplating.

2.SLA Transparent resin, transparent resin have the more smoothly surface and detail expressiveness just as the white photosensitive resin,and also have good waterproof ability and dimensional stability. The parts are almost colorless, and the varnish makes them look more like true-transparent plastic, with a transparency of around 80%.

3.SLA High toughness resin, the accuracy of this material is plus or minus 0.1mm, and the thickness is not less than 0.8mm. This material generally suitable for those parts that require fine details,good toughness and high strength. Especially for the products with screw fastener structure and high demand for surface force,  also have the smoothness and high precision of ordinary white resin.

4.SLA High temperature resistant resin, high temperature resistant resin as the name implies has good temperature resistance, temperature resistance 100℃, and the hardness is also better than ordinary resin, due to the rigidity of the strong corresponding toughness is insufficient, for the rigid parts can be used this material.

5.SLA Resin soft adhesive material, the accuracy is more than 0.2mm, the thickness cannot less than 1mm, due to the uncontrollable deformation of soft rubber material, the solid tolerance is relatively larger. Compared with traditional rubber, it is less flexible and less tear resistant. The soft rubber is printed layer by layer, so it is easier to tear and may be slightly harder when the temperature is low.

6.The properties of black resin and high toughness resin are similar, but the color is different

As the SLA printing can print fine surface and excellent precision of products, and the materials are also convenient for later polishing treatment.This is a good choice for customers who have requirements on appearance.
