3D-printed coral tree model

What I’m going to share today is a 3D printed model of a coral tree.

This printing is a model of coral tree in the sand table of the building, which is used in the exhibition hall for the audience to enjoy. The model is a large-size model with high requirements for details.

Break up the drawing

When the customer give to our salesman drawings, found that the size of the whole model is larger and more complex, want to take advantage of the current 3d printing machines and post-treatment technology to do it, obvious difficulties, after our technical personnel and customer communication down, decided to put the drawings into multiple small, pieced together again later.

According to the split model, considering its high surface quality requirements and complex structure, we decided to adopt SLA photo-curing 3D printer for printing.

Assemble, package and deliver to customers

According to the pre-designed assembly structure, assembled carefully piece by piece, then sealed with glue, dried, packaged and delivered to the customer.
